This document provides the Z-matrix and computational details for calculating the geometry optimization and vibrational frequencies of formaldehyde using Gaussian software with RHF/6-31G(d) level of theory. The Z-matrix defines the atomic coordinates of hydrogen, carbon, and oxygen atoms in formaldehyde and specifies an optimization and frequency calculation with population analysis and printing of molecular orbitals.
Developing Mathematics Skills through Audio Interfaces for Blind Childrenijcoa
The use of audio highlights the diverse views for foster learning and cognition in blind children. The purpose is to use the computer sound and voice to explore audio sense for knowing and thinking. Mathematics is used as a domain to enhance learning of mathematics knowledge for blind children. This paper presents design, development, usability and evaluation of audio-based virtual environment. After interaction the children were highly motivated, solve problem and learned basic of mathematics. So as a result the audio based virtual environment help to ameliorate the complexity of blind children to learn mathematics.
This document discusses the presentation tool SlideShare. SlideShare allows users to upload and share PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, PDFs, audio and video publicly or privately. It is useful for teaching as it saves teachers time in preparing lessons and presentations. Teachers can present information visually in a way that is less dense for students to understand. SlideShare provides benefits to both teachers and students, making it one of the most used educational tools. The document emphasizes that using web 2.0 tools like SlideShare allows sharing and accessing information from anywhere and archiving presentations on websites or blogs.
In preparing the schedule of course not an easy job. There are several aspects that influence in the preparation of schedules of courses that professors, students, courses, lecture rooms, and a time slot. Each of these aspects has a state that can be a problem and a conflict in scheduling courses. For example, the problems facing aspect lecturers are lecturers conflict is a lecturer teaches courses scheduled at two different locations at a time. Or from the aspect of students, the problem is the number of classes per generation. In addition to these problems, there are many more potential problems that can arise from each of these aspects. A decision support system needed a model settlement of the problems encountered. To be able to determine the right model can be done by identifying problems and analyze environmental problems and identify variables that are involved in decision making. In scheduling the course, the problem is a complex problem that is solved by routine or repetitive. The complexity of the problem can be seen from every aspect in the preparation schedule of courses that are interconnected with other aspects. Then, the scheduling is done every semester by environmental circumstances different issues each semester. So that the right model for this system is a heuristic programming model.

This document describes plans to create a LEGO model of the CMS particle detector at CERN's Large Hadron Collider to scale of approximately 1 part in 48. It provides details on scaling the different components of CMS in LEGO, including the silicon tracker, electromagnetic calorimeter, hadron calorimeter inside the solenoid magnet, muon chambers in rings around the detector, and forward calorimeters. Images are included comparing real CMS components to the planned LEGO models. Specifications of the completed LEGO CMS model are listed, requiring around 14,000 pieces at a cost of $2300, built by a team over many hours.
This document discusses improvements to the readout electronics for the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) hadron calorimeter at the Large Hadron Collider. The CMS hadron calorimeter currently uses hybrid photodiodes to convert light signals from particle interactions into electrical signals, but it aims to replace these with silicon photomultipliers which offer several advantages. The document describes testing different methods of measuring the gain of silicon photomultipliers using LED light pulses or electronic pedestal data, finding that the pedestal method provides a more robust measurement with less error. This work aims to better understand the performance of new silicon photomultiplier readout electronics for the CMS hadron calorimeter.
The document discusses the major body cavities in humans. There are two main cavities - the dorsal cavity which protects the nervous system and is divided into the cranial cavity housing the brain and vertebral cavity housing the spinal cord, and the ventral cavity which houses the internal organs. The ventral cavity is further divided into the thoracic cavity containing the lungs, heart and other thoracic organs, and the abdominopelvic cavity containing the stomach, intestines, and other abdominal and pelvic organs. The document also briefly mentions other body cavities like the oral, nasal, orbital, middle ear and synovial cavities.
WebRTC allows direct peer-to-peer communication between browsers without plugins. It uses technologies like DTLS and SRTP for secure media, and ICE and TURN for network traversal through NATs and firewalls. The WebRTC API defines a JavaScript API and SDP standard for applications to establish sessions between peers. While WebRTC does not specify a signaling protocol, it is commonly used with SIP via gateways to connect to SIP networks and devices. WebRTC has many applications beyond just calls, including games, dating sites, and transferring arbitrary data directly in browsers.
About the IPv6 migration - delivered for Microsoft Swedish Partner Network, February 14th 2012. The first half is mostly strategical, the second is a bit more technical.
My talk at Voip2day 2016 in Madrid (organised by Avanzada 7 in Malaga).
This talks cover recent trends in realtime communication, from VoIP to WebRTC and Internet of Things
This document defines terms related to combustible dust, wiring methods in hazardous locations, grounding requirements, and spray application processes using flammable materials. It provides definitions for combustible dust, various wiring methods permitted in Class I and Class II hazardous locations, sealing and drainage requirements, and definitions for terms like flash-off area, limited finishing workstation, resin application area, and spray area as they relate to spray application processes using flammable materials. It specifies grounding requirements for wiring in hazardous locations and classification of locations for motor fuel dispensing facilities.
