Current Status: Lab Analyst in Physical-Chemical Laboratories.
Area of Working:
 To assure the quality of Fresh Milk, Cream, Milk Powder, Juices, Coffee, Milo, Mineral
Water Cereals, Yogurt, Butter etc. after normal and special analysis.
 To verify the composition of various food products presentation of food, presentation of
food products. People at various strategies like QMS, Compliance, Net Weight Control,
GLP, GMP, QMS, SOP, MSDS, Hygiene NQS, QMS, Industrial Chemistry, GAP, CI, Test
methods.
 To check the efficiency of the running and standby equipments as per plan.
 To plan the CAR (Corrective Action Requirements) in case of deviation.
 To collect the results from on line records to match the final testing and for releases

Chemical/Physical testing:
Analysis of all like water, powder, cereal, coffee, UHT Milk, Yoghurt, Juices, at base, semi
Finished and Finished level.
Fresh Milk: For Fat, SNF, Density, pH and Acidity, , Antibiotics, Freezing points (by cryoscopy),
by MilkoScan, Quality of milk, Calibrations of all the related equipments and recording the
results.
Milk Powder: For Protein, Fat, Moisture , and Wet ability, Miscibility, , protein, all consumer
testing, Orgenoleptic and other related testing. Bulk density
Ice Cream: For Fat, SNF, Density, pH and Acidity, Freezing points (by cryoscopy), Lactose by
MilkoScan, Sucrose, Glucose and activity test.

General techniques:
Assistance in Lab assignment with superior like GLP, QMS, GMP, First aid, Fire fighting,

Proficiency:
Observer in Proficiency Test. The sample comes from Nestle Switzerland for confirmation of
efficiency of laboratory staff. We are to check the samples and upon results, they are to
announce the laboratory is good, excellent or poor. Ours lab with my tests was in Excellent
class. It will prove the quality of my work.
