To whom it may concern,
While I was active duty in the Army, I met and supervised Sandy Caltagirone in our dining
facility starting in July 2008 to December 2009. When she first arrived, I assigned her to the
office to help with the administrative side of maintaining our fully-functional dining facility. We
offered meals to soldiers and civilians and sometimes had as much as $1,000 in cash that Sandy
helped to keep accurate. As I noticed her administrative skills, I had Sandy help me in my part of
the office answering phones, emails, correspondence, and any other administrative task I asked
her to complete.
A couple of months after Sandy arrived, I received two government credit cards with $25,000
limits and had Sandy take care of creating all the financial records for the cards. She gave me
detailed reports both weekly and monthly. These reports were sent to my superiors and other
government agents. These reports needed to be precise with details that explain all charges.
These needed to be error free and Sandy delivered every time a report was submitted.
I would highly recommend Sandy because she is very hard working and always goes the extra
mile to get the job done right. She is very smart, dedicated to whatever task that has been
assigned and is a very good listener. She can handle working in highly stressful situations or a
very fast paced environment. She is great working as a team but also excels working
individually. Some of the best things about Sandy are her positive can do attitude and how she
interacts with her coworkers and our customers. She treats everyone with respect and genuinely
