Samuel J. Berger received a B.S. in Geographic Information Sciences from the University of Maryland in 2015. His coursework focused on digital cartography, spatial analysis, population geography, GIS programming, urban development, and geoscience statistical analysis using R-Studio. Berger has experience working as an undergraduate research assistant where he digitized building permits and constructed an address locator. He also has manager experience leading a team of computer technicians providing diagnoses, repairs, training and data server assistance. Berger is proficient in ArcGIS, ENVI, R/R Studio, Python, Minitab and Adobe Creative Cloud.
