    H-SAM                        Enhance your screening ability and advance your research by using the gold
    Methylation Assay            standard reagent for the study of histone and DNA methylation – Adenosyl-
                                 L-Methionine, S-[methyl-3H]; (3H-SAM). This reagent enables both quantitative
            kinetic measure of substrate methylation rates and the measure of methyltransferases with low
            activity. By using 3H-SAM, the labeled methyl group is directly incorporated without disrupting the
