This document summarizes packet waste salvage results from an OEE reporting spreadsheet. The spreadsheet tracks packaged salvage amounts on a daily basis by operator, machine, and flavor to help reduce salvageable waste. It includes a daily salvage produced report with date, operator, wrapped waste produced in kg, and wrapped waste as a percentage of SSUs produced. Graphs are also shown to display weekly amounts of salvage produced as a percentage compared to the goal percentage.

This spreadsheet was designed to draw off data contained in OEE reporting to show packaged salvage amounts on a daily basis. The spreadsheet has ability to display results by Operators, by Machines, By
Flavours etc and is used to assist in reducing the amount of Salvageable Waste produced.
