"Your
talk
was
a
perfect
kick-‐off
for
the
meeting:
insightful,
thought-‐provoking,
and
brilliantly
presented.
Virtually
every
evaluation
form
listed
your
presentation
under
the
question,
'Were
there
any
talks
that
were
particularly
useful
to
you?'"
–
Marni
Clippinger,
COO,

“Our
staff
quote
you
all
the
time
-‐-‐
you
were
a
huge
hit.”
-‐
Carrie
Hessler-‐Radelet,
Director,
U.S.
Peace
Corps
“I
thoroughly
enjoyed
your
presentation
and
discussion…and
you
caused
me
some
extra
work.
I
downloaded
your
book
Monday
night,
and
was
fascinated
by
your
thesis
and
approach.
So
I
edited
my
presentation
to
introduce
the
“Octopus
Rating
Scale”.
I
was
intrigued
by
the
parallels
you
drew
and
how
it
applied
to
what
we
are
doing.
And
it
really
helped
people
resonate
with
the
message
of
my
presentation
Tuesday
morning.”
–
Jerry
DeFrancisco,
President,
Humanitarian
Services,
American
Red
Cross
“Please
know
how
tremendously
grateful
we
are
for
the
brilliant
presentation
you
gave
at
USIP!
You
absolutely
galvanized
our
audience!
In
almost
every
panel
for
the
next
day
and
a
half,
people
referred
to
the
concepts
you
raised
in
your
presentation.
You
were
a
dream
keynote
speaker,
inspiring
our
audience
with
new
ideas,
and
setting
a
wonderful
tone
of
innovation
and
creativity
for
the
conference.”

Melanie
Greenberg,
President
and
CEO,

for
Peacebuilding
“Your
talk
was
the
highlight
of
the
conference.
Many
participants
referred
to
your
points
throughout
the
remainder
of
the
week.
You
truly
inspired
everyone
to
think
differently
–
thank
you
again
for
the
awesome
experience.”
