SAFE is seeking capital to finalize the development of the product application and begin sales focused
through the White Label/Affiliate marketing channel. This, we believe, will give us the best opportunity
to meet and exceed our 1st year’s goal and establish SAFE as the best new product for 2013.

Here are our Funding Program Goals:
    Gain a minimum of capital for development and product launch
    Identify and contract with three major White Label Affiliates
    Reach 50,000 subscriptions in 2013.

We believe each goal is achievable.

Minimum Funding:
With the advent of CrowdFunding and the introduction of royalty based investments, SAFE sees a real
opportunity to advance its development program while offering a solid ROI for its initial royalty
investors. The challenge with CrowdFunding it that we are on the leading edge of the wave and few if
any programs have tested the royalty waters, so we do not have a standard model to follow for the
process. Here is what we are putting in place which we believe will yield successful results.
     Like the historic PPM capital loan models we have evaluated our development needs and
       identified a minimum raise to start (the lowest amount of capital infusion to successfully

     As can be seen, $62,500 builds the commercialized offering and allows us to approach and close
       3 major White Label deals in seven months.
     The maximum raise $125,000 allows us to enhance and advance the content of SAFE providing
       a better opportunity for success.

An added bonus to our Royalty Investors will be discounted subscriptions based upon size of
investment. For every $100 (one share) invested in the royalty program, we will provide a 6 month free

The unique construction of our subscription service allows for ‘multiple flavors of safety’ giving
community segments a way to not only provide quality portfolio management but to do so in a way their

The market acceptance of this type of product branding has been used and accepted readily by the
American consumer. How many flavors of electricity can you buy within your local community? With
SAFE powering multiple versions focused on their community segment, we can reach and retain larger
segments of the 60Million US households who need our service and do it in a way that helps them retain
our subscription service for years to come.

50,000 Subscription Goal
As every new venture starts out, it sets goals and benchmarks to track and measure its progress. SAFE
is no different and our 5 year plan calls for a conservative goal of 1Million subscribers. To reach this
goal we have set a 1 year goal of 50,000 subscriptions, again a very conservative number based upon the
size of our market base. We are talking with one White Label organization that can reach out to
20Million viewers. They alone should be able to easily meet our 1st year’s goal. The fact is, our
numbers are conservative and in our opinion fully reachable. The 5 year goal of 1Million subscribers is
less that 1.7% of the market we are approaching.

Conclusion:
It is a proven fact that NO PRODUCT OR SERVICE can ever reach its market goals unless it enters the
market. With our Royalty Investment we will enter our market and prove our added value. In these
