Position: Lab Technician/QA
In my first six months at Jule Biotechnologies, I spearheaded the development of a
novel formulation for a protein separation gel that is now an integral part of Jule’s
catalog of products.
 Ensured product quality through improvements in Jule’s QA program.
 Instituted significant changes in the manufacturing of Jule's products.
 Cut production time by 45% while maintaining, and in some cases improving,
product quality.

Position: Research Assistant
I worked with the principal investigator, engineering team, and other research assistants
to aid in the construction and testing of several prototype imaging devices used to
analyze atmospheric aerosols and cloud properties
 Ensured the reliability and survivability of the HARP satellite (Hyper Angular
Rainbow Polarimeter - http://HARP Project ) by characterizing prototype electronics
boards in simulated radiation environments. My work centered on the verification of
specifications of individual electronic components and analysis of their tolerance to
radiation levels.
 Working with the principal investigator, researcher and team of electrical and
mechanical engineers at the NASA’s Colorado NCAR research aviation facility, I
worked to install and align two prototype imaging systems (inboard & wing) aboard a
Lockheed P3 Orion aircraft. My participation in the project was to work on the
instrument mount designs for attaching the systems to the aircraft, and supervise the
equipment installation done by the aircraft mechanics. Once actually at the NCAR
facility, I worked to maintain, trouble-shoot and operate the two instruments before,
during and after the flights.
UMBC Theater Department (October 2012-January2014)
Position: Master Carpenter
Working with the UMBC Theater Department on several theatrical productions, I created
static and dynamic backdrops, stage props and scenery, fabricating with both wood and
metal. I also directed and assisted with the construction efforts of other student workers.

 Assisted with plastic/metal fabrication and plumbing of water and chemical treatment
systems.

 Experience with a wide array of computer programs such as Inventor (Autocad),
MATLAB,
Mathematica, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic level C
programming.
 Working knowledge of rapid prototyping equipment such as micro form factor single
Board computers (RaspberryPi), Arduino systems and 3D-Printers.
 A thorough understanding of project management and work flow.
