U.S. Tsubaki Chain Dispenser System Intern Project
• As a group of interns, we were tasked with designing a chain dispenser system
to hold four reels of chain and to be able to count and cut the chain to length.
Also, to provide engineering drawings and work with maintenance and tool
room to build a prototype model to present to management.
Design of Mechanical Components Sensata Project – Fall 2015
• Teams of students design, fabricate and test a bracket that will function as a
spring in the MEMS Combo Sensor device, as well as specify a production for
the same bracket
EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE:
U.S. Tsubaki Roller Chain Division – Product Engineering Intern:
Summer 2016 – As a product engineering intern, I was responsible for updating engineering
drawings, modeling samples of chain, testing wear elongation, and a group intern project to
build a prototype chain dispenser system.
