 Harry Goodman and Mike Rush have partnered to form Rush Mattress, a
division of V Rush Industries, Inc -- manufacturer and specialists in RTA
furniture production, retail fulfillment, back-end support and sales services.
 Mike Rush, a long-time furniture wholesaler, and Harry Goodman, a long-
time mattress executive and veteran retailer, combine their manufacturing,
wholesale, retail, sales, marketing, and merchandising expertise to
collaborate on luxurious foam mattresses for the most discerning and value
foam for your price-conscious consumers.
 As former retailers we understand the importance of flexibility to fulfill
retailers needs.

4. Company Background
 Mike Rush started in the business 3 decades ago in Fort Lee, NJ.
 Separating from his partners Mike and Vicky Rush formed V Rush Industries, Inc in
High Point, NC.
 Our showroom is in the heart of the furniture district in downtown High Point, open
to buyers during Markets, and between Markets by appointment.
 V Rush Industries was established in 2009. D-U-N-S 83-275-1932
 The privately held company operates its own state-of-the-art, enhanced production
facilities to bring its line of RTA products to the home furnishings and retail
industries. V Rush Industries also provides cut & sew, and OEM products and
services to other customers, within and outside of the furniture trade.
 Harry brings his expertise from his long-term position as Sales V.P. of the mattress
retailer Sleepy’s, experience in the trade as V.P. of Northeastern Sales of Classic
Sleep Products, a specialty bedding producer, and decades in sales, marketing and
merchandising at various retailers in the Northeast.
