This document provides instructions for adding and managing RSS feeds for automatic or manual publishing through Comufy. It explains that the RSS tab lists existing feeds and allows adding new ones by URL. Feeds can then be set to automatically publish to selected channels by adding them to the RSS_Auto_Publish column or manually published by clicking publish on individual stories.

2. Settings – RSS Adding RSS Feeds The RSS tab lists the RSS feeds currently entered into the system. To add a new RSS feed, click the ‘+’ button and enter the URL of the feed. Once a feed has been added, you are able to automatically or manually publish these feeds via your accounts. Please see the following RSS slides for further details.

3. Settings – RSS Automatic RSS Posting To automatically publish an RSS feed, select the Channels tab. Then add the RSS feed to the RSS_Auto_Publish column for the relevant account. Then click the ‘Save’ button. To stop an RSS feed publishing automatically, simply delete the feed from the RSS_Auto_Publish column.

4. Settings – RSS Manual RSS Posting To manually publish items from an RSS feed, select ‘RSS Feeds’ from the left hand menu bar. This will show you a list of the feeds and associated stories for each feed. Click the ‘Publish’ button and the story will be pre-loaded ready to edit and post.
