A 501(c)(3) Organization
******* FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE *******
The Golden Gates Student Troupe has been performing US Tours in some fashion over the past 12
years. When traveling they are hosted in people’s homes all over the country. This is not merely another
traveling group of performers, but a product and mission begun over a decade ago by Vitaliy Bezrodnov,
a Russian Immigrant who is now a US Citizen and resident of Fuquay-Varina, NC. These traveling
groups are comprised of students from several Eastern European countries which have presented the
cultures of Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and others. Since the beginning, Vitaliy has been
passionate in his support of the arts and the sharing of cultures across countries through the music and
dance.
Vitaliy founded the Rotary Childrens Fund (RCF) in 2003 and established it as a 501(c)(3) to support
and be a benefactor of the efforts of these traveling groups. The intention is to allow young artists,
musicians and everybody in Arts Community worldwide to share their gifts and talents. This will result
in the Improvement of good will between the people of America and other countries and to develop a
better understanding of cultures, music and traditions. These groups regularly perform in several schools
in the area when on tour and are allied with the Fuquay-Varina Arts Council, as well as the Fuquay-
Varina Downtown Rotary Club. The Rotary Childrens Fund is committed to Building Cultural Bridges
around the world..
Over the years some of the host families and others who have seen their performances have ask how
they can help or be involved. I am pleased to announce a local public event on Wednesday, August 12,
which will showcase our traveling troupe as well an opportunity to welcome them to our area. This is a
free event, however there will be the opportunity to make any donations you or your club would like to
make or commit to. The flier to this event is attached. Feel free to use it to get the word out. The
owners of Tony’s Oyster Bar have offered their support for a fun venue to this event. While the
Performance is after dinner at 8:30pm, feel free to call in earlier dinner reservations to make it a full
evening. The 15 Passenger van and trailer they use for touring, bought personally by Vitaliy, has over
350,000 miles on it and we hope to upgrade it soon. With your help we can.
Please visit our website : www.rotarychildrensfund.org to learn more about this worthy effort and
review ways you may contribute or be involved.
Respectfully and thank you for consideration,
