• Assisted in modifying the Sales Taxes Executive Laws that worked for the company’s advantage.
Therefore, Tax Authorities refunded taxes till 31/12/2006 the value of EGP 7 Million
• Refunded EGP 7 Million in return of sales tax on plug & machinery during 2013.
• Managed to put “steam” as raw material on Industrial Control’s list of raw materials and achieve
saving more than EGP ½ Million annually.
• Got an approval from the Military Factories "Abu Zabaal" for importing Sodium Chlorate
(Explosives main raw material in Acrylic Fiber) and achieve saving more than 2,700.000 EGP annually.
• Received an approval from Civil Defense, Public security & port Authority to import double quantity
of explosives required for the company in one container to be consumed in 2 following days which
saved approximately USD 12,000 annually.
• Even though the ministry regulation of limiting the number of expiates, we succeeded to get an
exemption for foreigners and entry visa approvals and received an exemption to obtain 32 Work permits
for Expatriates to work in Egypt
• Increase productivity of the company with 300% more (18,000 tons to 54,000 tons) per year by
permissions to increase the number of production lines from 1 to 5 lines
• Even though the laws & regulations that minimize the obtained quantities from (ACN & Mythel
Acrylic), we were able to get the full required quantities over 5 successive years.
