Muhammadiyah plays a role in economic development through alliances, business, ownership, and obligations. Alliances depend on leaders and committed members. Islamic business and economics are based on halal and voluntary practices. Ownership can come from businesses, inheritance, dying exhortations, or donations. Those with obligations must maintain goods, not delay obligations, and not rent goods subject to obligations.
