Robert Lloyd Ruxer III has over 16 years of experience in law enforcement, specializing in grant management, public relations, and investigations. He currently serves as a Police Sergeant for the Colonial Heights Police Department, where he manages grants, budgets, equipment, public information, and supervises various units. Prior to his current role, Ruxer worked as a Senior Police Detective and Police Officer for the Colonial Heights and Petersburg police departments, investigating various cases and serving as a field training officer. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and has received extensive training throughout his career.
