1. Utilising customer supplied distribution Boards, R&M can receive delivery direct from
your supplier, and unpack ready for fabrication.
We can fully mount your choice of trunking size to all external surfaces of the DB,
fully slotting the DB and the trunking to suit your choice of wiring method, attaching
flanges or take-off bend as required.
We can fit Tufnol / Paxoline to all slots or wrap all edges in Grommet strip to reduce
cable chaffing.
All trunking turnbuckles can be fully fitted and aligned to engineer a neater more
aesthetically pleasing finished product.
All breakers can also be fitted, ready to accept wiring on site.

1. You order your Distribution boards, in the normal manner, from your usual
distributor, delivered to R&M. R&M receives delivery of your DB’s, checks all paper
work for delivery errors, and unpacks DB’s ready for Trunking Installation.
2. R&M fabricates all trunkings around DB’s to your specification, with all DB slots and
Trunking slots fully cut and dressed, with water cut Paxoline fitted between all
slots. All Trunking turnbuckles located correctly, for an aesthetically pleasing
finished product.
3. R&M delivers the fully populated DB to site, for hanging on the wall.
