This document announces celebrations for the 150th birth anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal, a great Filipino artist and national hero. A series of events will be held from June 14-17 including film screenings of biopics about Rizal, exhibits of books and videos about his life, storytelling sessions, murals, paintings, and a musical revue awards ceremony. The events will take place at various venues of the Cultural Center of the Philippines and information can be found on their website.
