Editor's Notes
- #3 Multiple property view showing key data elements in a single view. Ability to select / customize time frame. Recurring theme – ability to download and/or email data from almost every page (top-right corner).
- #4 We spent a lot of time trying to determine what hoteliers wanted / needed to see on the property selection screen. Our conclusion – Let them decide! Customize up to 8 data elements which can be changed for each user as needed.
- #5 More hotels means more data. Users need the ability to go directly to relevant data and take action without leaving this screen.
- #6 Single hotel dashboard screen provides broad summary of information. This is intended to serve as your “Monday Morning Status Meeting” summary report. Again, we gave a lot of thought to the question of “What do our clients want / need to see on this screen?” Again, the answer was “Let them decide!” Each section can be collapsed and/or moved according to the individual user.
- #7 Competitors screen now offers tabs for Popularity tracking, Rating tracking, Show actual Reviews, and Keyword Analysis.
- #9 Hotel Review Sites start off with a summary of activity from each site.
- #10 Then providing more details list which can be sorted in many different ways. Sort options include date, rating, and management responses.
- #11 Keyword analysis includes option to read reviews associated with word or phrase. Also shows line graph with timeline and pie chart detailing source.
