EXPERIENCE
 Worked as a Service Support Associate for Vital Link Outsourcing, Pune, from May
2013 to January 2014. My role in the company consisted of analysing the incoming (raw)
data, releasing it for processing to the production unit and uploading the processed data,
making sure that the process did not miss its delivery time, also keeping the logs for each
and every piece of data processed. The role also consisted communicating with the Client
over phone and e-mail, and ensuring satisfactory delivery of the processed data.
