As a part of Identity Design in the UX team, my role defined and designed the “product voice” in terms of how the
products speaks to users. My role encompassed translating bits of complex ideas, requirements, industry data and
business requirements into comprehensible language synthesized into a cohesive voice to effectively talk to target user
groups.
I’m comfortable working independently, and also collaborating with multiple teams to ensure project continuity. I use
persuasion and persistence to advocate for both the product personality and the users at all stages of a project. I thrive
in a fast-paced environment, and have a good handle on both agile and waterfall development methods.
The responsibilities of my role included
• Owning and executing the copy direction of multiple high-profile projects with very little oversight
• Writing, revising, sourcing and curating content for a range of optimizations and new features
• Acting as continuity editor for UX content, ensuring consistent experiences across all platforms.
