• Responsible for the Qualification of the operator for TIG and SAW welding process
with respect to ASME Section IX edition 2013.
• Interpretation and evaluation of dye penetrant examination results and radiograph
films.

2. • Preparation of welding catalogue and weld map for new launched projects.
• Responsible for preparation of monthly presentation by representing welding defects
and non-conformities observed during inspection along with preventive and corrective
action for the non-conformity.
• Carrying out baroscopic inspection for recording and visual examination of weld joints
internal surface.
• Maintaining calibration records for inspection equipments, baking and drying ovens.
• Analysis and improve the process through six sigma tool.
• Responsible for Carrying out in-process inspection by interpreting with fabrication
drawings.
• Reviewing material mill test report with respect to code requirements.
• Responsible for preparation of Manufacturer Data Report for Code Vessels.
• Raw material inspection with respect to Technical Specification requirements.
• Co-ordinate for continuous improvement projects (Six Sigma) which adds value to the
fabrication process.
