KNOWLEDGE PREVIEW
 As I was working with Financial Express (The Indian Express Group), looking after whole
edition and commodity pages. My favorite subjects are Precious Metals (i.e. gold & silver)
including major agro commodities. I always keep watching on international developments and
decide how it will act in long term (say within a week) period. I am computer savvy, net savvy. I
know, quark express, layout.
 I was taking base of international reports daily summary writing. I always take close look
research upon precious metals, i.e. gold & silver and also crude oil. Because these commodities
are actively traded on online commodity exchanges and directly affect upon economy of any
country. How these commodities will react next day or in future, my hobby to search it out. I can
increase my knowledge to serve better material to readers.
 As I have spent vast period of my life ie 10 years (from 6th June 2003 to 27 January 2014 in
financial daily, I have depth news sense of financial & commercial news. My duty in Financial
Express also to handle Edition and ensure smooth operation of edition. Due to limited manpower
in Financial Express I could prepare myself for each and every challenges arising from time to
time. I must say that I was working in very tight schedule. And was always prepare to take on
any changes immediately.

I was looking after whole edition as well Bureau. My foremost duty were selection of news and
assigning those to sub-editor and to ensure smooth operation of Edition and also follow up for
latest developments. Mt tenure at Gujarat Guardian was from 6th February 2014 to 19 September
2014. Reason behind leaving was nothing else but personal circumstances.
 Before I joined Gujarat Guardian, I was with Financial Express, Data Net India

details about respective subjects. Before that I have worked with several newspapers
