OBJECTIVE I am recent college graduate and a fast and enthusiastic learner with a
background in the IT and science field, I want to pursue a career where I
will be able to challenge myself and constantly grow as an individual while
at the same time applying my vast array of skills and abilities towards the
growth of your organization. During my time as an undergraduate student I
took the entire sequence of chemistry, organic chemistry, biology and
microbiology courses in addition to the lab courses attached to each of
those classes. I am familiar with most types of microbiology lab procedures
and protocol as well as chemistry and hydrology testing procedures.
SKILLS & ABILITIES I have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can easily
develop long lasting professional relationships with colleagues. I am
proficient in Microsoft Office software and other basic software due to
having a background in IT and being an A+ CompTIA Certified Technician.
I have extensive experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe software and
many others. Other skills include customer service, project management,
teamwork, customer satisfaction, troubleshooting, professional writing and
leadership.

Conducted water quality testing on the Qwuloolt Estuary Restoration
wetland site in Marysville, WA as part of a 3 student research team. We
took nitrate readings using the SUNA sensor and using the YSI 85 multi-
parameter probe we took dissolved oxygen measurements and recorded
and organized all of the data into a shared Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

COMMUNICATION Over the course of my academic and professional career I have developed
my communication skills weather it is from writing scientific and
professional reports for my classes using Microsoft Word, sending E-mails
or responding to helpdesk tickets and providing end-user customer support
for a diverse audience, I always strive to improve this skillset.

LEADERSHIP Led a project to deploy and image 20+ iMacs for a student computer lab at
the University of Washington Seattle campus. This project involved
extensive research and experimentation with AppleScript language and
Parallels Desktop 11 software in order to ensure that the workstations were
able to communicate with the University of Washington’s network both in
Windows 10 OS and Macintosh iOS. Communicated with supervisors and
Apple engineers to develop a stable iOS workstation for student use, along
with installation of appropriate software, then used Clonezilla to capture the
image and deploy it to rest of the computer lab.
