Designation: Operation executive (barge programmer)
• Individually programming day to day two barge schedule with 24 hours 7 days to fulfill
physically bunker nomination assigned by trader. Fully utilize barge capability to achieve
as higher as possible of barge turn.
• Monitor cargo balance regarding Term-contract, barging order, spot order. Liaising with
cargo provider such as GULF, GLENCORE, TRAFIGURA and TOTAL, ensure that
there is enough cargo on board to delivery bunkers without any shortage.
• Retrieve E&H MASS FLOW METER profile, analysis bunker profile with details and
submit to buyer, customer or MPA if required with Certification issued by IBIA.
• Take care of daily b2b bunker orders which delivered by sub-contractor such as SEA
HUB, SINGAMAS, COASTAL OIL and golden island, etc. Liaising with sub-contractor
operations, vessel agents and bomin traders to make sure success bunker supply for
each individual order.
• Able to arrange sample to lab INSPECTORATE, LABTECHNIC, CCIC or other lab
testing required by customers. Have experience in seal breaking, witnessing of break
seal and liaise with oil major for any lab testing requirement by customers.

fuel oil and gas oil. During peak period, there is 400k metric ton fuel order per month, I
am capable to settle changing schedule, protest issued by vessel, sudden barge break
down and minimize delay time. Even it is on early am, I stay awake to settle operation
issues if necessary.
• Check daily schedule of vessel regarding vessel coming Singapore bunker call or cargo
ops and liaise with agent details when bunker for vessel.
• Monitor barges loading status and liaise with oil major to planning barge loading. Make
sure efficiently designedly timely supply vessel one by one.

3. • Good practice in filing system, understanding importance of good filing and look into
each detail to minimize mistake occur.
• With good acknowledge in MFM, SS600, TR48, IBMS, EXCEL, etc.
• Experience 3 wholes days on board bunker barge to observe physically bunker delivery
and loading from Universal terminal. Go up delivered vessel monitor vessel sounding
ROB by surveyor and checking barge MFM system, safety check list, etc.
