As Financial and Marketing Chair for KANM (Student Radio), I forged a strong
bond with FPH for promotion of concerts, shows, artists and writing.

Lead Positions Held: Secretary (Spring 2015), Financial Officer (Fall 2015)
v Against large applicant pool was among few chosen to be an on-air radio
jockey for my ease and clarity in presentation, and knowledge and passion
for music
v Chosen against many candidates to join leadership team as Secretary to
the Station
v Recognized early scope for improvement in budgeting to achieve full
potential for effective financial leadership and marketing
v During advancement process was evaluated and selected among
candidates for Financial and Marketing Officer in Leadership Team
v Collaborated with advisors and the station manager to :
- Create an affordable budget system with a safety net for our recent
radio equipment/machinery costs
- Display effective communication with potentially non-financial savvy
participants (other RJs, officers, peer-advisors etc.)
v During my tenure, the station was able to raise and expand the budget to
allow for more profit from marketing and social events than previous years
and purchase better equipment.
