Objective
To move forward in my Electrical / Mechanical / Energy Management career achieving profits to the
bottom line with respectable IRR’s using the education and skills I have obtained and continue to grow
while implementing green strategies through energy procurement, load shedding, load analytics’,
alternative energy projects, HVAC efficiency, equipment procurement, benchmarking, building
management system programming, automation, controls, and solar benefiting not only the
environment but the bottom line. While furthering my education and training with the intent of
completing my B.S Mechanical and Energy Engineering Technology and studying for my CEM and

• NCH Corporation Title: Associate Engineer / Energy Management (7/28/2008-
Present day) Proven Track Record.
World Head Quarters Irving, Texas
Duties: Develop energy management team, Reduced Energy consumption and cost at the
NCH World Headquarters. To date achieved 48% or 4,365,000 KWH and $380,000 per
year or 42% of cost from 2011FY to current. Significantly reduced peak demand along
with power factor. Coordinated with Oncor for rebate and load sheading opportunities,
which associate with the installation of energy saving designs, and did so with successful
completion. Thoroughly researched, Solar, wind, cooling systems and CHP – combined
heating and power systems, and control schemes for processes.
ROI analysis for acquisitions surrounding energy saving opportunities. Design and
upgrade control systems, Design and Install new control schemes and programming,
energy management, Research facility plans, schematics and usage data for Project
2. development, Design, Bid, Build, and self perform Project Management, along with other
electrical duties.
Energy procurement, and predominate use – Procure energy for 28 manufacturing and
business sites in deregulated areas. Review billing to benchmark facilities with energy
star and review tax status. Proven savings with NCH with tax exemptions based on
predominate use studies.
