 Proactively supported the Facility Manager with day-to-day operations of the MasterCard
facility including janitorial, life-safety,engineering, and general maintenance to ensure a high
standard of comfortability mandated by MasterCard.
 Participate in the competitivebid process by gathering the key information used in the scope of
work,sending requests for proposals toapproved vendors, reviewing proposals and selecting
the most cost effectivebid based on my analysis of criteria provided by MasterCard.
 Performdaily inspections of MasterCard’s 480,000 square footfacility to evaluate the condition
of the facility and discovered hundreds of facility related issues, then coordinated with the
building engineers or vendors to complete any maintenance or repair needed to create a
comfortableenvironment forthe client.
 Responsible formanaging vendors and contractors,such as landscaping, carpentry, electrical,
furniture, design work,etc. to complete daily services around MasterCard.
 Effectively participatedin spatial planning by coordinating relocation or reconfiguration of
furniture, assisting in employee moves with less than 3% unoccupied space, and maintaining
the organization of storage areas.
 Respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, etc.
from building occupants to maintain the high standard of working conditions mandated
by MasterCard.
 Assist the building engineers withpreventative maintenance regarding HVAC equipment such
as changing air filters and cleaning cooling coilson the rooftopunits.

shuttled to all of the 34 Meek’s locations in the Midwest.

 Delivering orders of windowsand patio doors to job sites.
 Filling out receiver paperworkfor orders received
 Forkliftoperation:
