JOB RESPONSIBILITY
In charge of all Up keeping / Project and maintenance aspect pertaining to functioning if
the building /company/Bank.
Experience of handling more than 100 branches/offices/chest in different location in
Madhya Pradesh.
Undertake of all day-to-day work related to E&M.
2. Responsible for any work related to civil, electrical & mechanical in all different
branches/offices/ currency chest in Madhya Pradesh.
Supervise all ISO related ‘PPM’ and work order for electrical, fire, mechanical, HVAC,
BMS System etc.
Ensure implementation of the entire schedule on the time.
Manage and supervise the words during breakdown.
Ensure Zero downtime and ensure business continuity at sites.
Assist. The manager during electrical inspection and escalate on need basis to the client.
Certifying and processing of various bills related to facilities like rental, electrical,
telephone etc.
Liaison with various service providers related facility.
Manage the Inventory of spares and consumables required for electromechanical
equipment.
E&M /Housekeeping related Service Provider’s bill’s processing.
Inventory maintenance and update.
Coordinating with land lord for property works/repairs.
Checking all logbook & water meter –reading log books.
Checking condition of civil works/items in the scope and project the client reading
repairs/replacement/painting etc.
Taking quotations and taking approvals for completion of works with respects to each
department, transition management.
Knowledge of Compliance related to facility management.
Monitoring of AMC Vendors visits, repairs and maintenance schedules.
All data and complains analysis received at the BMS.
Contribute to energy saving with engineering Team.
Ensure availability of all MIS related to technical functioning of site.
3. Responsibility for preventive maintenance for onsite equipment’s.
Overall in charge/Responsible to installed solar projects in Madhya Pradesh.
