o SCADA softwares like iFix 4.0 and Vijeo Citect 6.0. Worked in
Honeywell DCS and integration of various AC drive PLCs,
Intelligent MCCs, MV and LV energy meters and LV breakers into
one network with the parent DCS.
o I am a regular member of ISO team. Planning and implementation
of TPM, MTBF, MTTR and e-waste management as a part of
periodic documentation including PM for equipments. Planning of
shutdown jobs and debugging of running problems are part of day
to day work. Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
o Responsible for managing the safety of people, control and perform
electrical maintenance activities at Blast Furnace zone for ensuring
availability and reliability of equipment and machinery in the Blast Furnace
zone with the available resources.
o Liasoning with the Central maintenance teams of the plant to execute
the jobs as and when required. Carrying out spare management
within the stipulated departmental budget.
• INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:
Undergone industrial training at NATIONAL THERMAL POWER
CORPO-RATION, KORBA for a period of two months in EDC dept.
, C & I dept. and main control unit of turbine (3x500 MW, 3x200
MW).
