• Aid with the deployment and configuration of Galah, UCR’s online CS
assignment grading system. (Used in introductory CS courses)
• Assist with transitioning the department to laptop based labs
• Writing ansible playbooks for configuring virtual machines
Feb-Sep ‘14 Western Digital Linux Intern
• Developed a method for PXE booting live linux environments
• Created a web application to maintain PXE server
• Built a custom GCC toolchain
• Setup and updated server software running on critical machines

2015 Rugby
• Continuous integration platform for testing multi tiered, multi depen-
dancy applications in a semi-production environment
• Implemented virtual machine generation using vagrant and python
• Wrote ansible playbooks for provisioning virtual machines which ran the
applications
2014 HuntEdu
• Employment web application which allows users to upload resumes and
post jobs (much like Glassdoor)
• Implemented most of the backend using Express and MongoDB
• Wrote API tests using Mocha

Professional Organizations
Jun ’14-Now Association for Computing Machinery President
Oversee an organization of 87 current members and 10 officers. Responsible
for starting a variety of reoccuring events such as our Web Career Pathway
program which teaches students the basics of web development, Algorithm
practice sessions, and Linux Workshops.
Jun ’14-Now Citrus Hack Events Coordinator
This is UCR’s hackathon which is lead and organized entirely by students.
Responsiblities include handling food, music, website/registration, and events
for a projected 400 students.
