Results Usersurvey 2005

Statistics Denmark conducted a user survey of its StatBank website in November 2005. Some key findings were: - 1,444 users responded, a response rate of 36% which was much higher than the previous year. - 1/3 of respondents were visiting StatBank for the first time. 2/3 of respondents found all or most of the data they needed, though success rates were lower for first-time visitors. - The majority of respondents, 59.6%, needed the statistics for studies, while 31.8% needed them for work. - 40.1% of respondents said automatic updates of data retrievals through Excel would be useful. 23.4% of respondents provided additional comments
