AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Debtor and purchase ledger reconciliation and recording all cash activity on a daily basis
Processing accounts payables invoices.
Preparing cash journal so that all item are recorded in the correct accounting periods.
Prepare monthly profit and loss statement for each food and Production outlet.
Accommodating the bank statements & Analyzing the cash flow and managing the fund transfers.

Coordinate with travel Agent for Payment, talk & send mail to travel agent with CC to Head of Accounts
Handling of Cash register, making cash voucher
Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (IDS, Excel, Word) to perform duties and
responsibilities.

Bachelor in Commerce from Rajasthan University Jaipur
Advance knowledge of Accounting Software Tally ERP, Micro suite Office, IDS Etc.
