RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility is doing your duty, to accept the consequences of our
actions. The responsibility is valuable because it is difficult to achieve.

The first step to achieve responsibility is to realize that whatever we do,
any compromise, has a consequence, depends on ourselves, because we
are the ones who decide.

The second step is to achieve that our actions match our promises, if we
promise to "do the right thing” and we do not, then we have no
responsibility.

The third step is to educate the responsibility and observe what we don’t
do well and start over.

Responsibility is a sign of maturity, because it involves effort and
constancy.
