2. You are most welcomed and I apologize that they did not hold the 2 units as requested. I even called
back after speaking with you to ensure they were being placed on hold.
M Green contacted me after his scheduled appointment at the property and did not find the blower
motor power being increased and all wiring was done correctly; thus, not finding an exact reason with
the electrical bill being high as you’ve discussed with me.
I am following up and provided the photos of the HVAC unit for the approval direction from my
corporate office for the install of a 1 ton bigger system for the property. They do pull the reports
throughout the day and first thing in the morning. I’m hoping to have a response for the change of the
system no later than in the morning of 2/20/15.

3. Thank you for following up with me last night and for going above and beyond to assist. After we spoke
last night my daughter went to Walgreen’s to pick up the heaters, the manager said they forget to put the
heaters on hold, they were sold. Needless to say, we are definitely looking forward to Keith coming out.

Thank you for speaking with me earlier. M Green is not able to make it out there today and I will get
with Keith on supplying the 2 electric heaters as we discussed earlier.
M Green is calling you to schedule for in the morning if you are available and I am also checking on
the estimate for the unit.
The unit being 1 ton smaller for the square footage of the home will not cause your electric bill to be
that high. M Green stated that one of the two components on the thermostat is constantly running or
tied in together causing more wattage usage. I am looking into this as well.
M Green will be able to view this while there and did not when he was there in January; he wasn’t
aware that the previous technician increased the power of the fan motor.
