The field hockey practice involves 22 players of all class years. The practice is divided into three groups - backs, mids, and forwards. The practice locations include the locker room, training room, and turf. There are three coaches and one physical trainer. The locker room is used for dressing and hanging out. The training room provides physical help. The turf is only used during daylight hours and is watered, with the field hockey team being the only users. There are currently unmet needs around wetting the turf, playing in the dark, scheduling appointments with the physical trainer and coaches, and managing a full schedule between classes and sports using multiple apps.
