I. DRIVERS LOGIN TO APP AT 6:50 PM AND MAINTAIN AN AVAILABLE 
STATUS DURING THE RESPECTIVE HOURS OF OPERATION. 
II. CUSTOMER PLACES ORDER AND WAITS FOR CONFIRMATION. 
III. ORDER SHOWS UP ON ALL DRIVERS’ APP DISPLAY MENU. 
a. IN ORDER TO FOSTER A FUN, FRIENDLY, COMPETITIVE 
ENVIRONMENT ORDERS PLACED WILL NOT BE 
AUTOMATICALLY ASSIGNED TO SPECIFIC DRIVERS. INSTEAD, 
DRIVERS THEMSELVES WILL SELECT WHICH ORDERS THEY 
WOULD LIKE TO COMPLETE, WITH AN ABILITY TO DO UP TO 
FIVE AT A TIME. 
IV. ONCE A DRIVER SELECTS AN ORDER, THE CUSTOMER WHO PLACED 
SAID ORDER WILL BE NOTIFIED THAT THEIR ORDER IS IN EFFECT AND 
WILL ARRIVE SHORTLY. 
V. LIQUOR RETAILERS ARE ALERTED WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED, GIVING THEM 
ADEQUATE TIME TO PREPARE THE ORDER FOR THE DRIVER. 
VI. DRIVER ARRIVES AT LIQUOR STORE, ENSURES ALL ORDER ITEMS ARE ACCOUNTED 
FOR, AND THEN CONFIRMS ORDER. 
VII. ORDER CONFIRMATION THEN FINALIZES THE ONLINE TRANSACTION AND THE LIQUOR 
STORE RECEIVES THE ONLINE PAYMENT. 
VIII. CUSTOMER RECEIVES ALERT INFORMING THEM THAT THE DRIVER IS EN ROUTE. 
IX. DRIVER SCANS CUSTOMER'S ID, ENSURING THAT THE CUSTOMER WHO PLACED THE 
ORDER IS 21 AND ALSO THAT THE ALCOHOL HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED SUCCESSFULLY. 
X. USING A THIRD PARTY MOBILE PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER PAYMENTS WILL BE QUICK 
AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. 
a. THE PAYMENT, TO INCLUDE THE DELIVERY SERVICE FEE, TAXES, AND ANY TIPS 
WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE LIQUOR STORE, WHERE OUR FEES WILL THEN BE 
REDIRECTED AND SENT TO US. 
XI. WE WILL CHARGE A LOW MONTHLY SERVICE FEE OF $25 AND RECEIVE 
15% OF ALL SALES MADE.
