This document lists common reporting verbs and the structures they can be used with. Many reporting verbs can be used with a gerund or "to do" structure, such as "accuse someone of" or "advise someone to". Others take a that-clause, like "agree that", "claim that", or "suggest that someone should do something". In total, over 30 common reporting verbs and their structures are defined.
