1. 5th of March, 1533.
Dear Diary,
My name is Boyce. My family was from Italy. My job is a vassal, I swore an
oath to obey and fight for my king. I’m 27 years old and born on the 28th
of December,1506.
I have brown eyes, golden hair and a pair of sharp ears. I also have a layer
of thick beard which covers my mouth when i’m speaking, light pink cheeks
and red lips. I like to bring a knife everywhere in my pocket.
I have a happy family. My wife, Malena and my three children, Micheal, Jared
and Julia; which are 6, 4 and 3. They like Italy very much, because there are
many friends here and the people here are very friendly, and so is my wife,
she’s good friends with the queen.
I also live in a huge mansion which have 5 floors with 10 rooms. I have
many servants in my mansion which are working for me. The king gave me
the house with these servants to serve me and my family at the start of me
being a vassal. I have a very big master bedroom for me and my wife,
there’s a bed in the middle of the room with cloth surrounding it, 5 big
windows, a dressing room with a dressing table and many jewerlries and a
huge wadrobe with many beautiful clothes. There’s also 3 normal bedroom
with a bed, study table and chairs. And there’s 2 bedrooms for the servants;
and the other for guest that comes to my house. My children also like to
play and run around the garden.
I also own many lands and fiefs that the king gave to me to own. I’m happy
with my life to get the kings trust. And also my family.
