Regulament de ordine interioara
Capitolul I – Dispozitii generale

ART. 1

Persoanele fizice si persoanele juridice care urmaresc desfasurarea unor activitati in
interesul colectivului alcatuit din iubitorii culturii sud-coreene pot face parte din aceasta
asociatie.

ART. 2

(1) Fancluburile, site-urile. blog-urile dar si forum-urile cu interes comun cu cel al
asociatiei pot fi afiliate asociatiei atata timp cat fondatorii, administratorii sau
reprezentantii aflati la conducerea acestor sunt de acord cu acest lucru.

(2) In comitetul format din membrii asociatiei trebuie sa confirme prezenta in timpul
sedintelor cel putin 2 reprezentanti ai fiecarui grup, site, blog sau forum afiliat asociatiei.

ART. 3

Structura membrilor asociatiei este urmatoarea:

    a)   Membri, cu drept de vot – persoane cu varsta minima de 14 ani.
    b)   Membri de onoare, fara drept de vot – personae cu varsta sub 14 ani.
    c)   Colaboratori voluntari – persoane din afara comitetului
    d)   Personal angajat (optional)

ART. 4

Structura Consiliului director este urmatoarea:

    1. Presedinte
    2. Vicepresedinte
    3. Secretar general


ART. 5

Pentru ca se doreste o colaborare armonioasa nu este permisa defaimarea celorlalti
membri sau a Consiliului directoral. Orice nerespectare se va sanctiona in functie de
gravitate.
ART. 6

Fiecare fanclub afiliat asociatiei trebuie sa aiba minim 4 proiecte anuale. Nu se impun
conditii anume.

ART. 7

Oricine doreste sa se inscrie in asociatie va trebui sa trimita o cerere, ce va fi aprobata de
Consiliul director, pe care o puteti gasi pe site-ul oficial al asociatiei.

ART. 8

Termenul de valabilitate a oricarui post din Consiliul directoral este de 4 ani de la data
inceperii mandatului.


Capitolul II – Atributiile si obligatiile membrilor:

    1. Sa participe la activitatiile organizate de Asociatie.
    2. Sa faca propuneri in cadrul sedintelor generale.
    3. Sa respecte hotararile organelor de conducere.
    4. Sa aleaga sis a fie alesi in organele de conducere.
    5. Sa actioneze pentru cresterea prestigiului Asociatiei.
    6. Sa cotizeze bianual cu o anumita suma ce va fi ulterior stabilita de Consiliul
       director.
    7. Nerespectarea acestor conditii se va sanctiona in functie de decizia comitetului si
       de gravitatea faptelor.

Capitolul III – Atributiile si obligatiile Consiliului director:

    1. Incheie acte juridice in numele sip e seama asociatiei
    2. Aproba organigrama si politica de personal a asociatiei.
    3. Aproba primirea de noi membri si hotaraste ridicarea calitatii de membru la
        cererea celui in cauza sau la cererea a cel putin 2 membri ai asociatiei.
    4. Poate imputernici orice persoana, inclusiv persoanele care nu au calitate de
        membru al asociatiei, pentru a incheia acte juridice in numele si pe seama
        asociatiei.
    5. Hotaraste schimbarea sediului Asociatiei.
    6. Indeplineste orice alte atributii stabilite de comitet.
    7. Isi asuma raspunderea in a fi purtatori de cuvant ai membrilor asociatiei si
        ambasadori ai culturii sud-coreene.
    8. Coordoneaza activitatea asociatiei.
    9. Indiferent de tema discutiilor fie ele in contradictoriu sau nu, deciziile vor fi luate
        obiectiv. Nu se vor accepta favoritismele de orice natura.
    10. Nerespectarea acestor conditii se va sanctiona in functie de decizia comitetului si
        de gravitatea faptelor, uneori ducand la retrogradare si realegeri.
