1.1.Business-Ambassador of the Eurasian Business Council (BA EABC) is a
plenipotentiary representative of the Eurasian Business Council, an
administrative unit endowed with the declared authority from the EABC.
1.2.BA EABC is an individual with positive experience and recommendations,
guarantees of third parties for conducting practical economic activities.
1.3.BA EABC is an external business partner of the EABC, with which all profits
are distributed from jointly implemented business projects and programs with the
EABC.
1.4. All BA EABCs do not compete with each other, thanks to the coordination
and recommendations of the EABC Board.

полномочный представитель Евразийского Делового Совета,
административная единица, наделённая декларированными ему
полномочиями от ЕАДС.
1.2.БА ЕАДС – это физическое лицо, имеющее положительный опыт и
рекомендации, гарантии третьих лиц по ведению практической
экономической деятельности.
1.3.БА ЕАДС – это внешний бизнес-партнёр ЕАДС, с которым
распределяется вся прибыль от совместно с ЕАДС реализованных бизнес-
проектов и программ.
1.4.Все БА ЕАДС между собой не конкурируют, благодаря координации и
рекомендациям Правления ЕАДС.
§ 2
Activities of the BA EABC

2.1.The main task of the BA EABC is a worthy, qualitative, competent and
responsible representation of the EABC's interests in the territory of the
countries and business spheres of its activities, in accordance with the powers
granted to it and the Powers.
2.2.BA implements the business projects and programs provided by the EABC
on the territory and areas of its activities.
2.3.Conducts a search, forms and controls the implementation of business
projects and economic programs; Offers them to the EABC for joint
implementation for profit.
2.4.Performs the agreed and approved Development Plan for BA, which
includes the proposal to them and business projects and programs provided to it
by the EABC.
2.5.There is a qualitative marketing, monitoring and analysis of business activity

2.6.Develops its activities that are not in conflict with these Reglament,
Decisions, strategies and principles of the EABC, the approved Development
Plan for the BA, the powers granted and the Powers, legislation and ethical
standards for conducting responsible business.
2.7.For conducting successful activities, it has its own resource and basic
material base.
2.8.Coordinate and coordinate its activities and development with the EABC
Board through "scheduled" (weekly) and "operational" conferences
(consultations).

реализации для получения прибыли.
2.4.Качественно и ответственно реализует согласованный и утверждённый
План Развития БА, который включает предложение им и предоставленные
ему от ЕАДС бизнес-проекты и программы.
2.5.Ведёт качественный маркетинг, мониторинг и анализ бизнес-активности
и коньюктуры рынка.
2.6.Развивает свою деятельность, которая не противоречит данному
Регламенту, Решениям, стратегии и принципам ЕАДС, утверждённому
Плану Развития БА, предоставленным полномочиям и Доверенностям,
законодательству и этичным нормам ведения ответственного бизнеса.
2.7.Для ведения успешной деятельности, обладает собственной ресурсной
и элементарной материальной базой.
2.8.Координируется и согласует свою деятельность и развитие с
Правлением ЕАДС посредством «плановых» (еженедельных) и
«оперативных» конференций (консультаций).

The right to the status of BA EABC

3.1. The right to the status of the BA EABC is possessed by individuals persons
who conduct their economic activities in the EABC countries that are members
of international formats:
- EAEU (the Eurasian Economic Union);
- CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States, ex USSR);
- BRICS;
- SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization);
- ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations);
- EU (European Union);
- League of Arab States;
- The African Union;
- CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean Countries).
3.2. The Applicant must have a positive professional and business reputation.
3.3. The Applicant has relevant experience necessary for the development of his
further qualitative and productive activities; Due level of culture of business
communications.
3.4. The right to BA status is not granted to representatives of state, political,

3.2.Претендент должен обладать положительной профессиональной и
деловой репутацией.
3.3.Претендент обладает соответствующим опытом, необходимым для
развития своей дальнейшей качественной и продуктивной деятельности;
должным уровнем культуры деловых коммуникаций.

public organizations; State institutions, associations not from the fields of the
EABC.
3.5.Status of BA provides, its operation is suspended and it is deprived by
the EABC Board.
3.6.With the granting of BA EABC status, the Board confirms this with the
documentary Mandate of the Business-Ambassador of the EABC.
3.7.All actions with the granting, suspension and termination of the validity of the
powers granted (BA Mandates) are reflected in the corporate REGISTER of the
BA EABC Mandates.
3.7.The status of the Business-Ambassador is not sold or bought, donated or
inherited; Is provided by the EABC Board for free.
3.8. Cadence of the Business Ambassador of the EABC - from 6 to 18 months
with the right of automatic prolongation; Basis - Decision of the EABC Board.

3.7.Статус Бизнес-Амбассадора ЕАДС не продаётся и не покупается, не
дарится и не передаётся по наследству; предоставляется Правлением
ЕАДС бесплатно.
3.8. Каденция Бизнес-Амбассадора ЕАДС – от 6 до 18 месяцев с правом
автоматической пролонгации; основание – Решение Правления ЕАДС.

Profit, privileges and rights of BA EABC

Business-Ambassador EABC:
4.1. Being an external business partner of the EABC; Receives a portion of the
profits from the business projects implemented jointly with the EABC from the
approved Development Plan of the BA.
4.2. Has the opportunity to become one of the Parties to the Contracts, using its
own potential or finance, pursuing the goal of obtaining an additional and natural
profit on the transaction of 100%; And without any claims from EABC.
4.3.Possesses the opportunity to integrate its own business into the EADC for its
further more extensive and qualitative, profitable development.
4.4. Has the primacy in the formation of new teams / clusters in the
implementation of new areas of development EABC on terms of equity financial
participation.
4.5. He has the primacy in visiting authoritative events on behalf of EABC,
representing the interests of EABC in state, economic and international
organizations, the media.
4.6. Provides its Recommendations to a new possible BA in the EABC Board;
Claims for bonus, depending on the results of their future activities.

4.7.Has other priorities, benefits and subsidies, according to his BA level, and
decisions of the EABC Board.
4.8.Claims for protection and assistance from EABC and partners in business

4.9.The profit is accrued and paid to the BA after the completion of each
individual business project.
4.10.The amount of profit, the form of payment is agreed (BA and Board) and
approved by the Board of the EABC before each individual project is launched.
4.11. Possibility of additional awarding of BA for the manifested activity and
results of its activity by the Board of the EABC is suggested.
4.12. The possibility of information support of the BA activity on corporate
information resources is supposed.
4.13.As for the implementation of the BA Development Plan, assistance is
provided to it by the Board, the Secretariat, the Services and the Departments of
the EABC.
Бизнес-Амбассадор ЕАДС:
4.1.являясь внешним бизнес-партнёром ЕАДС; получает часть прибыли от
реализованных совместно с ЕАДС бизнес-проектов из утверждённого
Плана развития БА.
4.2.Имеет возможность стать одной из сторон Контрактов, использую
собственный потенциал или финансы, преследуя цель получении
дополнительной и естественной прибыли по сделке в размере 100%; и без
претензий от ЕАДС.
4.3.Обладает возможностью интеграции собственного бизнеса в ЕАДС для
его дальнейшего более обширного и качественного, прибыльного развития.
4.4.Обладает первенством в формировании новых команд/кластеров по
реализации новых направлений развития ЕАДС на условиях долевого
финансового участия.
4.5.Обладает первенством в посещении авторитетных мероприятий от
имени ЕАДС, представлении интересов ЕАДС в государственных,
экономических и международных организациях, СМИ.
4.6.Предоставляет свои Рекомендации новым возможным БА в Правление
ЕАДС; претендует на премирование, в зависимости от результатов их
дальнейшей деятельности.
4.7.Имеет иные приоритеты, льготы и дотации, согласно имеющего у него
уровня БА, и решений Правления ЕАДС.
4.8.Претендует на защиту и содействие со стороны ЕАДС и партнёров в
развитии бизнеса; реализации Плана Развития БА.
4.9.Прибыль начисляется и выплачивается БА по факту полного
завершения каждого отдельного бизнес-проекта.
4.10.Объём прибыли, форма выплаты согласуется и утверждается
Правлением ЕАДС перед запуском каждого отдельного проекта.
4.11.Предполагается возможность дополнительного премирования БА за
проявленную активность и результаты его деятельности Правлением
ЕАДС.
4.12. Предполагается возможность информационного сопровождения
дельности БА на корпоративных инфоресурсах.
4.13.По реализации Плана развития БА ему оказывается помощь со
стороны Правления, Секретариата, служб и Департаментов ЕАДС.
§ 5
Levels (categories) of BA EABC
§ 5
Уровни ( категории) БА ЕАДС
5.1. The amount of profit from realized projects and programs depends on the
level of the BA (category) available.
5.2. The level (category) of the BA is coordinated with the EABC Board until the
moment of granting to it the Mandate of BA EABC.
5.3. The higher the level (category) of BA is, the more a percentage of its profits
accrue to it.
5.4. The levels (categories) of asthma depend on the territories and areas of
activity of the BA, the nature of the results and potential, the availability of
recommendations and written guarantees.
5.5. Traditionally, part of the profit for the BA and, depending on its level
(category), is from 5 to 30% of the total profit for the implemented project.
5.6. Part of the profit level (category) BA EXCLUSIVE can reach up to 40-50%
of the total profit for the implemented project.
5.7. The official Territorial or Branch Office of the EABC can receive up to 50-
80% of the total profit on the implemented project; To apply for subsidies and
loans from the EABC.
5.8. The conditions for granting a level (category) BA HONOR are determined
by the EABC Board in each individual case additionally and individually.
5.9. The question of the level (category) of the BA is decided individually and
when the relevant Decision is taken by the EABC Board.
5.10. In some cases, the Board may grant authority and the level (category) of
the BA with privileges and reservations "without a category", "postponement", "in
absentia", "accumulative", "business-practical".
5.1.Объём получаемой прибыли от реализованных проектов и программ
зависит от имеющегося у БА уровня (категории).
5.2.Уровень (категория) БА согласует с Правлением ЕАДС до момента
предоставления ему Мандата БА ЕАДС.
5.3.Чем выше уровень (категория) БА – тем больший процент от прибыли
ему начисляется.
5.4.Уровни (категории) БА зависят от территорий и сфер деятельности БА,
характере имеющихся результатов и потенциале, наличии рекомендаций и
Письменных Гарантий.
5.5.Традиционно часть прибыли для БА и в зависимости от его уровня
(категории) составляет от 5 до 30% от общей прибыли по реализованному
проекту.
5.6.Часть прибыли уровня (категории) БА ЭКСЛЮЗИВНЫЙ может
достигать до 40-50% от общей прибыли по реализованному проекту.
5.7.Официальное Территориальное либо Секторное Представительство
ЕАДС может получать до 50-80% от общей прибыли по реализованному
проекту; претендовать на дотирование и кредитование со стороны ЕАДС.
5.8.Условия предоставления уровня (категории) БА ПОЧЁТНЫЙ
определяются Правлением ЕАДС в каждом отдельном случае
дополнительно и индивидуально.
5.9.Вопрос уровня (категории) БА решается индивидуально и при принятии
соответствующего Решения Правлением ЕАДС.
5.10.В отдельных случаях, Правление может предоставить полномочия и
уровень (категорию) БА с льготами и оговорками «без категории», «с
отсрочкой», «заочно», «накопительно», «бизнес-практикум».

the new BA EABC.
6.4. Activation of the Mandate of BA EABC (yes / no).
Verification of provided Written Guarantees or entering of the Guarantee
Returnable Financial Deposit by bank transfer to the corporate bank-account of
the General Operator of EABC.
6.5. If Activation - YES: The Secretariat sends to new BA all the documents for
the new Business-Ambassador; Originals of the Board Decision and the
Mandate of the BA EABC.
6.6. If Activation - YES: The stage of approval and acceptance by the Board of
the Development Plan to the new BA EABC.

7.1. Application.

to obtain BA EABC status indicating the territory or scope of the planned activity,
the desired qualification, the proposed guarantees. Level of command of
Russian and other languages.

Brief description of professional activities. Achievements. Ranks. Awards.
Signature, date.
7.3. Photo.
Two different photos. Not older than 5 years.
7.4. Passport.
Copy of identity document. Clear reflection of the document's validity,
citizenship, document number.
7.5. Preliminary Development Plan.
Preliminary Plan of activity in the status of Business-Ambassador. Areas of
activity. Territory of activity. Development prospects. Projects. Business-
programs (Numbered list).
7.6. Recommendations.
Reference Letters from economic institutions, business grands, business
partners, banks.
Signature, stamp of the institution, date, country.
7.7. Guarantees.
Written Guarantees from higher organizations and reputable business persons
that guarantee the quality performance of their functions by the new Business-
Ambassador of EABC.
If there are no Written Guarantees, indicate the readiness to make a Guarantee
Returnable Financial Deposit
(details - Paragraph § 8 of the Reglament).
Important: without providing the Аpplicant with various forms of Guarantees, the
status of the Business Ambassador is not granted.
7.8. Contacts (Contact-Card).
Personal and business phone numbers, instant messengers (WhatsApp, Viber,
Skype), accounts in social networks, postal addresses, web sites, etc.
7.9. The provided documents and information materials are not returned; And
stored in the EABC archive. The reliable safety of documents is guaranteed by
the Department of Comprehensive Security of the EABC corp.
7.1.Обращение/Заявка.
Оформляется в свободной форме на имя Главы Правления Евразийского
Делового Совета, Е.П. Александра Лепендина. Суть - о намерении
получения статуса БА ЕАДС с указанием территории или сферы
планируемой деятельности, желаемого уровня БА, предлагаемых
Гарантий. Уровень владение русским и иными языками. Личная подпись,
дата, страна.
7.2.CV.
Краткое описание профессиональной деятельности. Достижения. Звания.
Награды. Подпись, дата.
7.3.Фото.
Две различные фотографии. Не старше 5 лет.
7.4.Паспорт.
Копия удостоверяющего личность документа. Чёткое отражение
действительности документа, гражданство, номер документа.
7.5.Предварительный План развития.
Предварительный План деятельности в статусе Бизнес-Амбассадора.
Сферы деятельности. Территории активности. Перспективы развития.
Проекты. Программы. (список).
7.6.Рекомендации.
Рекомендательные Письма от экономических учреждений, бизнес-
организаций, бизнес-партнёров, банков.
Подпись, печать учреждения, дата, страна.
7.7.Гарантии.
Письменные Гарантии от вышестоящих организаций и авторитетных
бизнес-персон, гарантирующих качественное и ответственное исполнение
своих функций Бизнес-Амбассадором.
Если Письменных Гарантий нет – надо указать о готовности внести
Гарантийный Возвратный Финансовый Депозит (подробности – Параграф
§ 8 Регламента).
Важно: без предоставления Претендентом Гарантий статус Бизнес-
Амбассадора ЕАДС ему не предоставляется.
7.8.Kонтакты (Контакт-Карта).
Личные и служебные номера телефонов, месcенджеры, аккаунты в
соц.сетях, почтовые адреса, вэб-сайты и др.
7.9.Предоставленные документы и информационные материалы не
возвращаются; и хранятся в архиве ЕАДС. Надёжная сохранность
документов гарантируется Департаментом Комплексной
Безопасности.

Guarantees
§ 8
Гарантии
8.1. The granting of the guarantees by the Applicant is a mandatory and
indispensable condition when it is granted the status of a BA EABC of any level
(qualification).
8.2. The Guarantees are obligatory for reducing the risks of the EABC and
motivating the quality, qualified, ethical and responsible further business
activities of the Business-Ambassador.
8.3. The Applicant for BA status must provide Written Guarantees for his ethical
and responsible future work. Qualitative Written Guarantees are: Guarantee
Letters from higher organizations and competent authoritative business persons,
banks and other stable financial institutions, state structures of the economic
sector, higher state authorities, international organizations and reliable economic
sector associations.

8.4. In some cases, if the Applicant does not have mandatory Written
Guarantees, their partiality or insolvency, the Board may grant the BA status
provided that the Applicant submits a Guarantee Returnable Financial Deposit.
8.5. The Guarantee Deposit is made by the Applicant at the stage of Activation
of his Mandate or before it to the corporate bank account of the General
Operator of the EABC.
8.6. The Guarantee Deposit is returned to the BA after the termination of its
responsible cadence in its full extent.
8.7. The amount of the Guarantee Deposit is determined by the Board of the
EABC when reviewing the Application and the entire package of documents of
the Applicant; In proportion to the estimated risks of the EABC.
8.1.Предоставление претендентом Гарантий является обязательным и
неотъемлемым условием при наделении его статусом БА ЕАДС любого
уровня (квалификации).
8.2.Гарантии обязательны для снижения рисков ЕАДС и мотивационного
обеспечения качественной, квалифицированной, этичной и ответственной
дальнейшей деловой деятельности Бизнес-Амбассадора.
8.3.Претендент на статус БА должен предоставить Письменные Гарантии
своей этичной и ответственной дальнейшей деятельности. Качественными
Письменными Гарантиями считаются: Гарантийные Письма от
вышестоящих организаций и компетентных авторитетных бизнес-персон,
банков и иных устойчивых финансовых учреждений, государственных
структур экономического сектора, органов высшей государственно власти,
международных организаций и надёжных объединений экономического
сектора.

8.4.В отдельных случаях, при отсутствии у Претендента Письменных
Гарантий, их частичности либо несостоятельности – Правление может
предоставит статус БА при условии внесения Претендентом Гарантийного
Возвратного Финансового Депозита.
8.5.Гарантийный Депозит вносится Претендентом на этапе Активации его
Мандата или до неё на корпоративный банковский счёт Генерального
Оператора ЕАДС.

completion of the stage of submission of documents by the Applicant and the
adoption by the Board of a positive Decision (see Paragraph 6 of the
Reglament).
9.2. The delegated authority of the BA EABC is provided:
- Decision of the EABC Board (extract from the minutes of the meeting);
- Mandate (confirmation), evidencing the granting of BA EABC status (after
making the BA Mandates in to the REGISTER);
- Official Invoices for the introduction of (transfer) the Guarantee Returnable
Financial Deposit (if such a Decision is made by the EABC Board);
- Banking Details of the General Operator of the Eurasian Business Council,
General Power of Attorney to him;
- Samples and materials for the production of corporate BA Business Cards;
- A Preliminary Plan of the Development provided to the Board;
- basic service information and commercial proposals of the EABC (as agreed);
- documentary powers of attorney for the development of the activities of the BA
on behalf of the EADC, according to the Preliminary Development Plan of the
BA;
- template of the letterhead (for the Exclusive BA, EABC Representation office);
- Draft Contract (for Exclusives, Representatives and Honorary BA);
- Draft Nondisclosure Agreement (for Exclusivity and Representation Offices).
9.3. The allotted authority of the BA provides all possible support and assistance
in quality activities from the EABC Board, the Secretariat, the Departments and
special EABC Services.

Депозита (если такое Решение принято Правлением);
- Реквизиты Генерального Оператора Евразийского Делового Совета,
Генeральная Доверенность ему;
- Образцы и материалы для производства корпоративной визитной
карточки;
- заверенный Правлением предоставленный Претендентом
Предварительный План его Развития;
- базовая служебная информация и коммерческие предложения ЕАДС (по
согласованию);
- документальные Доверенности для развития деятельности БА от имени
ЕАДС, согласно Предварительного Плана Развития БА;
- шаблон фирменного бланка (для Эксклюзивного БА, Представительства
ЕАДС);
- проект Контракта (для Эксклюзива, Представительств и Почётных БА);
- проект Договора о неразглашении (для Эксклюзива и Представительств
по согласованию).
9.3. Наделённому полномочиями БА предоставляется вся возможная
поддержка и помощь в качественной деятельности от Правления ЕАДС,
Секретариата, Департаментов и отдельных служб ЕАДС.

conferences for Applicants, and document circulation through corporate
communication channels.
10.2. In some cases, BA can be provided with personalized communication
channels.
