This document provides updates and information for the Region 2 spring 2013 soccer season, including: - How to upload player photos and enter jersey numbers for game day rosters. - Updates to policies around C-passes for players, roster requirements, red cards, and rescheduling games. - Information on state league schedules, season start dates in March/April, registration deadlines, and the end of season date of May 31st. - Details on home field coordinators, state coaching license requirements, and how to handle unassigned players.

5. Policy Updates
C-Pass (for Member Organizations only) - player can play in up to 2
games per day, i.e. Saturdays.
Roster, Coach, Min # players to field within 15 min of start time. (6314)
Red Card policy/Match Discipline (6314.11)
Referee Payment for forfeits (6313)
Reasons to Reschedule (6313) Clarification - applies if team has conflict
with State Cup match. Does not apply if coach of multiple teams has
conflict. Added - team is participating in UYSA sanctioned tournament.
Strongly suggest printing out Section 6 and including in your Team
Binder.

Requirements
XL & State require E license if coach 1 TEAM.
New E license course material is like old D
License.
If you are rostered to more than one team, MUST
have D.
New D license course is broken up into 2 weeks
with six months required between them.
