This document discusses the REFLEX Project which aims to create a network to help legal experts in Europe quickly and easily find work with the right expert in other European countries. It plans to develop new concepts like the definition of a European Expert in Court and rules for registering experts. The network will be available on the internet and provide services like nomenclatures of skills and case types, a searchable database of experts, secure document sharing between experts, and newsgroups for sharing best practices.
