I am given a task (E-portfolio) by my beloved lecturer, Mrs. Saratha with a group of five
members to use our creativity and knowledge to create a webpage. The topic of the
webpage is regard to fundamental rights and liberties in the Federal Constitution (FC).
Q1: What have I learned about the topic that has been assigned?
In this assignment, I have no other better choices but to understand deeply what are the
fundamental rights and liberties of being a citizen in Malaysia. Deep in my heart, I
learned a lot in these assignment which allow me to understand my rights as a citizen,
what are the law possibly violated, the equality between the citizen and between
government and citizen.
Q2: Why the issue is of interest to me?
Issues that I am discussing is the article 9 of federal constitution; freedom of movement.
This issue triggers my interest on how many FC law and way that will restrict my
freedom of movement, which restriction of a person’s freedom of movement is hard to
control and supervise. Why? It is because an active person like me needs to explore the
world, and I will prevent myself from getting restricted or violating the law.
Q3: What activities, kinds of feedback, and other support have helped me the
most?
Lecture given by Mrs.Saratha is the one really helps me a lot. The way she give us the
lecture contain cases which she totally dominant the law by remember the details of all
related cases. The “Q&A” sessions in between the lecture or tutorial also helped me a lot
but answering every doubts in my mind.
Q4: What is Taylor’s Graduate Capabilities (TGC) and how was the TGCs
developed in the course of completing this assignment?
TGCs is a guideline that allow students to exercise their capabilities throughout the
module. Through presentation assignments we are able to use the theories taught by
lecturer to put into practice. Thinking skills and digital literacy where we need to use
“Lexisnexis.com” to find our own cases and understand the case entirely in order to
present to my classmates, never to forget the communication skills as well. Lastly,
lifelong learning where it helps me in the future as being a certified Quantity Surveyor.

This module is useful for my future needs. Lecturer are able to express the topic of
module clearly and systematically. I am able to understand this module where lecture
gives excellent explanation to our questions or doubts.
