Paul Stockwell is a dedicated, conscientious employee who is focused on process control, product quality, and customer satisfaction. He developed production manuals and checklists to ensure products met requirements. Paul also performed final inspections and tests prior to customer acceptance. To Whom It May Concern:
I have worked with Paul Stockwell for a little over a year and found him to be very
dedicated, conscientious, a team player, and customer focused.
My interactions with Paul related to process control and product quality. He developed
production instructions/manuals and in-process checklists to ensure that product was
fabricated to engineering design and met customer requirements. Paul was also the
primary person performing final inspections and tests referred to as quality conformance
inspections prior to acceptance by the customer.
The work that Paul did with regards to process control and inspections was excellent
which often included suggestions for improvements and methods for process
optimization. He had a very good rapport with staff, management, and customers.
Paul is able to communicate at various levels depending on the audience. He has proven
to be an asset in the organization and a very detail-oriented person and can perform his
duties with minimum supervision.
I would recommend Paul to any organization and would also recommend re-hiring Paul
should the opportunity arise.
