1. ingredients:1 cup cottage cheese
1 cherry tomato
Nori
Small piece of lettuce
tools:Nori bird or butterfly punch
assembly:Fill bottom of your chosen container with cottage
cheese. Place lettuce leaf at bottom for grass, and
cherry tomato for balloon. Add nori piece for tail of
balloon and bird and running boy.
tips:The easiest way to cut out the boy from nori is to
freehand it. I cut out the body first, then used a small
hole punch for the head.
serving suggestions:This side is a nice accompaniment to many of the
sandwiches including the Scooter Sandwich (page
