This document outlines the manual sorting process for non-organic waste. Waste is sorted into categories like paper, plastic, metals, glass, fabric, bones, and non-recyclables. Each category is then processed differently - paper and plastic are re-sorted, metals and glass are processed, fabric and bones are sold to intermediaries, and non-recyclables are sent to dumpsites. Sorted materials are then sold to intermediary traders, sorted further, washed, crushed, granulated, pelletized, and eventually sold to formal industries and manufacturers.
