Please Note: All requests for headhunters, additional paid advertisementor additional sourcing requests will need to go
through the Recruitment Manager. Once everything has been collected, the Recruitment Manager will then forward the
request to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with the requesting Recruiter and Director of Talent Acquisition copied to
the email. Please see below for all required information and steps:
The requesting Recruiter should include these questions when emailing the Recruitment Manager:
Requisition number, job title and location
How long has the position been posted?
Have any interviews been conducted?
Any offers been made? If so, list specifics.
Have you worked with the hiring manager to discuss additional advertisement specifically related to the need
such as associations or ERP email blasts?
Is the movement due to lack of interviews, feedback or responsiveness from the
Hiring manager? Or from lack of qualified candidates?
Any additional information?
Required searches that the requesting Recruiter need to complete before the request can be submitted:
Conduct Advanced search within Taleo for additional candidates
