RE: RECOMMENDATION FOR REBECCA JUMA NANGWE
I refer to the above and hereby do confirm that the above mentioned has been working for
APHIAplus Nuru ya Bonde project, Kajiado County, as a Clinical officer on temporary
appointment since August 2014. She has been serving at Ngong Sub- County Hospital
where she has discharged her duties diligently in the Comprehensive Care Centre
(CCC). Rebecca has proved to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in HIV
care, treatment and prevention. She is conversant with all NASCOP HIV care
documentation and reporting tools.
Rebecca is very hardworking and dedicated employee and this has been proved by her
work output and outcomes that has been envisaged since she took up the
responsibilities. Her organizational, planning, people and team management,
communication and time management skills are beyond reproach. She has
demonstrated to be very honest individual who works with minimum supervision.
Rebecca is always ready to learn and is receptive of any change that will add value to
work output. Her leadership qualities are very promising and she is result oriented as
evidenced by the quality and timely reports that she has always submitted since she
joined the organization.
