I am writing this letter to give my recommendation for Mr. Kaleem Saleh. I know Saleh
through his study work in my two courses: Information Security and Critical Infrastructure
Protection at Luleå Tekniska Universitet (LTU) for his Master’s degree.
Saleh has been a hardworking and intelligent student and has always demonstrated excellent
ability in doing his assignments. In his assignments, he has shown the potential to bring forth
new ideas and reflective views. Likewise, in each of his classroom session, he has always led
the class in demonstrating his views in the courses and participated well in the course
discussions. Saleh has performed well in the examinations and has secured good grades in
most of his study programs. I would like to add here that he has shown excellent research and
writing skill with his completed Master thesis work.
Saleh is a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With his
ability to work with minimal supervision and within a challenging environment, in a
multicultural setting, I have no doubt in his preparedness to undertake the PhD position. I am
assured that he will perform well and continue to achieve outstanding results in the job he
undertakes.
